2021 Women’s Leadership Conference Vendor Event
The 2021 Women’s Leadership Conference & Retreat is a 3-day event hosted by Teresa Rand & The Boss Ladies Women’s Group. The vendor event will be held in addition to the retreat to give attendees a place to mingle and have a great time with friends prior to the retreat.

Vendor Event: 11 AM – 2:00 PM
Retreat Registration: Noon
Retreat Kick–Off: 2:30 PM
For additional exposure, all vendors will be featured in the Retreat Workbook that will be distributed to attendees.
Vendor Details
- You will have exclusivity. Only one business per category available.
- Cost: $50
- Each space is approximately 10 x 10 which includes a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and a white tablecloth.
- No electricity available
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email including a link for payment.
- You will receive your space number, unloading site, and set up information 10 days before the event via email.

By submitting this document you are agreeing to all rules, policies, and procedures related to being a vendor at this event.
Rules and Regulations
The following rules and regulations are part of the exhibitor's contract and each vendor shall be bound by such rules and regulations set forth herein.
- NO REFUNDS - No refunds given regardless of no show, cancellation, unforeseen weather event, etc.
- EXHIBITS – The vendor coordinators reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in exhibition space and may reject its inclusion. Display material must be confined to the individual.
- No place card, stickers, or other signs relating to nonpaid exhibiting firms will be allowed.
- PAYMENT OF SPACE - No vendor will be permitted in the vendor space until full payment has been made.
- SUBLETTING OF SPACE -No vendor shall assign or sublet the whole or part of the space allotted, or vendor therein, any programs or services other than those specified in the contract for vendor space.
- PLACEMENT –Space will be assigned at the discretion of the vendor coordinators.
- SALE OF MERCHANDISE -Merchandise sales must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- CLEAN UP -Each individual responsible for removal of their boxes, pallets and or containers, etc. from the building.
- BREAKDOWN –VENDORS MUST WAIT UNTIL 2 TO BREAKDOWN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -The Vendor agrees to hold the vendor coordinators, Boss Lady, Teresa Rand & Rand Consulting as well as The Resort Plaza and any other parties involved in this event harmless and blameless and will make no claim for any reason whatsoever, for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property, nor for any injury to it or its employees, agents, or invitees while in the Facility.
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS -Exhibitors shall not engage in any display, publication, performance, or other activity which conflicts with any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance, nor shall exhibitor, or its representatives or employees, engage in any lewd display, publication or performance. Exhibitor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental permits and licenses.
- NO GUARANTEE OF ATTENDANCE -We do not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance at the Event. Vendors shall not be entitled to any refund, in full or in part, of any amounts paid based on actual attendance level.
- FIRE AND SAFETY LAWS -Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all Federal, State and City laws. Wiring must comply with fire department and underwriter's rules. Smoking in exhibits is forbidden. Crowding will be restricted. No vendor shall bring into the facility any combustibles. All decorations must be flame proof.
