The Women’s Leadership Conference and Retreat is different than other business or retreat events you’ve been to before.  This event combines the learning, networking, and leadership growth opportunities you will experience during a conference combined with time for rest, rejuvenation and socializing that you would experience during a retreat get away.  This best of both experiences – Conference and Retreat Combo – makes the Women’s Leadership Conference and Retreat an extraordinary value of time and money.

Conference Events

The Boss Lady vendor event, three keynote speakers, a panel discussion, two additional presentations, and an evening dance party are included in the conference admission.

Meals

Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday breakfast are all included in the conference admission.  On Saturday evening, there is a special networking event dinner, hosted by a Boss Lady member, at a local restaurant that is pay on your own.  Transportation to the Saturday meal will be coordinated. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the Conference and Retreat pricing.

Fundraising Event

A Saturday morning yoga class on the beach is an additional $15 per person. This is a fundraising event for Boss Lady’s charity of choice, Girls on the Run. You can sign up for the yoga class on Friday, September 10, when you register for the Conference and Retreat.

Yes!  You can get a great deal on a room at the Women’s Leadership Conference and Retreat hotel location – the Plaza Resort and Spa.  Nightly rates begin at $129 per night plus tax.  We have a special rate for our Conference and Retreat attendees until August 11, 2021 – so reserve your room now!

It is not required to stay at the hotel to attend the Conference and Retreat, but is encouraged.  The purpose of the Women’s Leadership Conference and Retreat is to learn, network and get away from your home and work responsibilities so you can rest and rejuvenate.  Getting away from home is a part of that experience.
